Garden City Hotel Dubai

Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Wasser Parks und direkt am Strand war einfach perfekt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, insbesondere das Badezimmer und der Balkon waren beeindruckend. Das Personal war stets freundlich und aufmerksam, und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Im Allgemeinen gab es zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten wie eine Bar, Reinigungsservice und musikalische Veranstaltungen am Abend.

Wir wurden leider durch Baulärm gestört, da das benachbarte Voyage Hotel gerade umgebaut wurde.

Located in a busy and working class area, the Garden City Hotel is easily accessible to all the attractions. The staff's hospitality is highly praised, with one guest specifically mentioning the helpfulness of S. Vinay at the reception. The rooms, though somewhat small, are cleaned daily and the service is prompt. Breakfast is also mentioned as a positive aspect, and the hotel has a nice little property.

The amount of towels and water supply is limited, which could be inconvenient for guests.

The staff was professional and provided great customer support. The hotel is situated in a beautiful and central neighborhood, making it convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and we were impressed with the facilities it offered. The location to the Baniyas Square Metro station was a huge plus, as it allowed us to easily connect to other parts of this lively city.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, a great convenience for staying connected during our romantic escape. The location was perfect, with restaurants and grocery shops nearby for all our daily needs. One of the best aspects was the amazing food prepared by the in-house restaurant. The chef personally interacted with us and cooked according to our preferences, resulting in a perfect meal.

The parking situation was not ideal, as there was no availability in-house and finding parking on the street became difficult, especially in the evenings. the rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as we noticed dust accumulating on our clothes.

This hotel really impressed me with their exceptional service and genuine care for the guests. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I loved how they were always willing to help and resolve any issues promptly. They even offered us their own phones to make calls, showing their dedication to ensuring our comfort. The location of this hotel is fantastic, with everything we needed in close proximity. The in-house restaurant served delicious food, and the chef even customized the dishes according to our preferences. The staff were friendly and courteous, and Mr. Roshin made sure we had a comfortable stay by checking in with us regularly.

Parking can be a bit challenging, especially in the evening when it gets crowded.

They were friendly, always wearing a smile, and were very good too ensure my comfort. The cleanliness of the hotel was also noteworthy, as everything was well-maintained and super clean.

One thing that stood out was when I encountered an issue with my room key card. the management swiftly addressed the problem, demonstrating their promptness in handling guest concerns.
